1Acceptance and agreement

All orders made on The Website ("www.theStainlessShop.com.au") are subject to the following terms. Terms and Conditions may change without notice so they should be noted for every purchase.

These Terms and Conditions have been constructed so that every customer can be assured of the obligations of The Stainless Shop and what is expected from the customer and on what terms.

2Payments and Pricing

2.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars ("AUD") and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Prices are subject to change at any time and subject to customer notification if a price is changed on a pending and incomplete order. If we discover an error or we change a price on a pending or incomplete order, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.

2.3 By submitting an order you are warranting that you are authorised to make such a payment and that the information provided is correct.

2.4 Payment is accepted in the following methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Amex
  • Diners Club
  • Bank Deposit
  • PayPal


3.1 Currently our orders are only to be shipped within Australia, as such international orders will not be processed. If this is overlooked by a customer and a purchase price has been paid the customer will be notified and the money refunded.

3.2 Orders where products are in stock will be shipped within two (2) business days of payment, although we endeavour to post daily.

3.3 Out of stock orders may take up to four (4) business days to be shipped.

3.4 If there is a problem with an order and the order cannot be shipped within the above time frames due to any reason the customer will be notified via phone or email, so long as correct contact details have been supplied. If there is a mixed order it shall be up to our discretion as to whether we will offer the option to send part of the order which is currently available and ship other goods once ready.

3.5 If an order's shipment is prolonged for any reason and payment is to be manually processed then payment will only be taken once the goods are ready to be shipped.


4.1 As we endeavour to keep our customers happy and supply them with the correct products they are looking for we allow returns on unused items for up to thirty (30) days after delivery. The condition on the item upon return must be, to our satisfaction, as it was upon shipment from us. Upon receipt of unused product a full refund or store credit shall be issued

4.2 Postage on returns shall be paid by the customer if the product is the correct product ordered and the product is not faulty.

4.3 If a product is returned due to the product being faulty or the order being incorrect due to a mistake by us then postage for return will be refunded. The refund is conditional on sufficient proof of postage costs.


5.1 All goods are purchased along with their respective manufactures warranty. Warranty provided by The Stainless Shop shall be limited only to that of the manufacturer.

5.2 The description of goods may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.


The Stainless Shop and each customer accepts that The Stainless Shop will accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from goods received from The Stainless Shop, or the use of those goods. We suggest that prior to use professional advice be sought


Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

2.2 While we do operate a newsletter service this is an opt-in service provided free of charge. The newsletter is provided as a benefit to customers for information and the best prices on certain products. You may opt-out of this service at any time.

However, if you do not provide us with certain types of personal information, you may be unable to enjoy the full functionality of the website.
